The General Manager will supervise and control the business of the organisation in keeping with the vision and strategic direction set by the Board. The position is fundamental in leading the Western Porirua housing transfer and its subsequent management, housing improvements, redevelopments, acquisitions and growth.

The Manager Community and Tenant Relationships will lead a team of Relationship Managers ensuring all tenants and prospective tenants receive a responsive, appropriate, respectful and quality customer service. 

The Property and Maintenance Manager will take overall responsibility for management of all property and maintenance and will lead and manage the property maintenance team. 

The Business and Corporate Services Manager is responsible for providing overall Corporate Services and leadership to Te Āhuru Mōwai – includes Financial Management, Asset Management Planning, Human Resources, Risk Management, Communications, Health and Safety, IT and other necessary corporate services that enable us to function as a high performing organisation. 

The Community Partnerships Manager will provide reliable and informative information regarding the real needs and aspiraions of whānau and individuals withib the Te Āhuru Mōwai community.
This will include working closely with Relationship Managers, tenants, as well as community leaders.
