Te Āhuru Mōwai (Ngāti Toa’s community housing provider) carries out all tenancy management, property maintenance and upgrades of the properties in Western Porirua and parts of Tawa / Linden.

These properties are owned by Kāinga ora, with Te Āhuru Mōwai holding a 50-year lease including rights to redevelop selected properties to improve housing quality, increase supply and enhance the local communities in which we operate.
