Beach Road Roof Shout – Another Milestone Reached!

Today we celebrated an exciting milestone at our Beach Road development with a roof shout alongside our contractors, trades, partners and kaimahi.

This development will deliver 10 new discounted rental homes, providing warm, dry and safe homes for whānau in the community.

What makes these homes unique is that they are discounted rentals, meaning eligible whānau will pay only 80% of the market rent, making housing more accessible and allowing whānau to put more towards the things that matter most.

The development will include:

  • 2 accessible one-bedroom homes

  • 4 two-bedroom homes

  • 4 three-bedroom homes
