Great news for our community! Life Pharmacy North City now offers a FREE Nurse-In-Pharmacy service 7 days a week for eligible patients. This service is designed to make healthcare more accessible—especially after hours—right from your local pharmacy.

Mon–Sat: 9:30am–6pm (Thurs till 9pm)
Sunday: 10am–6pm
What they can help with:
- Acute wound care (adults & children)
- Strep throat testing & antibiotics
- Skin conditions & infections
- Pain, fever, ear & eye issues
- UTI treatment & medical certificates
- Online doctor consult support
- Vaccinations & B12 injections
- Health checks (BP, cholesterol, blood sugar)
- Hepatitis C testing & diabetes education
- Treatment for cold sores, shingles, eczema, school sores & more
Coming soon: Gout testing + ear suctioning
Cost:
- FREE for under-14s & Community Services Card holders
- Small fees may apply for others (from $59–$79)
- Many meds subsidised to $5 or less if eligible
- Minor ailments service also covers Māori, Pasifika, refugees & others with limited access to care
