Roof Shout Milestone Reached at Dimock & Ōwhiti

Last Thursday, we hosted our tradies at a Roof Shout at our Dimock & Ōwhiti development in Titahi Bay.

The Roof Shout marks the halfway point in the construction of 12 new warm, dry homes for whānau. It was an opportunity to shout lunch and thank everyone involved in building these new homes.

A special thank you to our main contractor, Duncan Construction, along with all subcontractors, suppliers, and partners who are doing the mahi.

We look forward to completing the homes and welcoming whānau before Christmas.
